At MelonPK, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With original packaging and tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Innerwear, camisoles, nightwear (if used/opened)
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Customized or intimate products

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only applicable for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged or defective items
  • Subject to stock availability
  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item:
    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share pictures/videos for quick resolution
