Return Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original packaging and tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Innerwear, camisoles, nightwear (if used/opened)
- Sale/discounted items
- Customized or intimate products
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only applicable for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective items
- Subject to stock availability
- If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the item:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share pictures/videos for quick resolution
